The purpose of Basic Training is to build a solid foundation of the basic Christian doctrine.
Each student receives a good understanding of “what he believes” and “why he believes it”. What you learn during this time should impact your life and alter your lifestyle in a biblical way.
To enable more Christians to receive this foundation, we offer our training as a part-time program. The program starts with an Orientation Day (Saturday), which is followed by 26 weekend courses. Each weekend course consists of one or two subjects. You can find a listing of the course subjects here. The student has 30 months to complete the 26 courses of Basic Training. In each campus classes are held once a month Friday evening and the entire day Saturday. We offer weekend courses at various locations; class times might vary depending on the campus location.
Requirements for a certificate of completion for Basic Training include: attending all courses, successful completion of tests of a course, reading all class materials, as well as the completion of a practicum. With the certificate of completion for Basic Training a student may apply for the second level, Advanced Training.
