Once someone has successfully completed both training levels (Basic and Advanced Training) they graduate and receive an official Rhema Bible Training Center (RBTC) Germany Diploma, which is recognized by most churches and ministries in Germany and by Rhema world-wide. Graduates can either go onto ordination after their studies or further their studies (see below “Education Patners”).
Graduates of RBTC can apply after two years of full-time pulpit ministry and recommendation by Rhema for ordination through RMAI (Rhema Ministerial Association International), an international organization, which licenses and ordains people for ministry.
It is very important to us to keep in touch with our alumni after their graduation from RBTC. Graduates may attend any classes at RBTC for free at any time and we encourage them to do so. Furthermore, throughout the year we offer special alumni meetings for our graduates. The care, support and accountability you will receive, as well as opportunities for ‘continuing education’ and assistance in locating ministry opportunities, are a few of the many ways RBTC desires to assist its students once they have graduated.

RBTC is recognized by the above mentioned institutions and you can receive credits with those organizations for your education at Rhema; therefore you are also able to transfer into one of their programs.
